Their client is looking for a business director to join their ever-expanding digital agency to be instrumental in the successful operations of the company. Please carefully read the necessary requirements below and, if your experience aligns, I'd love to hear from you.

Extensive UAE experience is essential. This role is based in Dubai.

- Must have experience as a business director in a digital/social/PR/Creative agency
- Solid experience in overseeing company wide P+L - not just for individual accounts/groups of accounts.
- Exceptional team leadership skills and demonstratable experience in handling company wide employees.
- Solid experience in recruitment, improving business processes, overall strategic and operational planning
- Confident in an ever-changing environment. This company are constantly evolving to adopt new high-tech offerings for their clients e.g. video, gaming, live streaming etc. so the ability to adapt is key.
